At Legacy Aquatics, founders Lauren and Brett Waterworth bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the world of aquatic management.

Lauren Waterworth holds a B.S. in Organizational Psychology and a Master’s in Sport Leadership. With certifications as a lifeguard, health coach, swim coach, and in SHRM, she expertly combines her extensive background in pool management and coaching with her expertise in HR organizational development. As the Head Coach and Owner of NOVA South, Lauren has spent over 25 years in the aquatic industry, focusing on strategic implementation and execution. Her HR skills enhance our internal operations, essentially bringing an in-house HR department to our business. Her expertise ensures the highest level of customer service and project management, making pool management stress-free for our clients.

Brett Waterworth serves as a backbone of operational expertise at Legacy Aquatics. A Richmond City firefighter with certifications as a Certified Pool Operator and EMT-Medic, Brett’s diverse skills enable him to handle complex situations with ease and efficiency. His robust experience ensures safe and well-maintained aquatic environments for all our patrons.
